Salt Lake City
We took a break from Southern Utah to visit some friends in Salt Lake City. Aaron and Hunter work for Black Diamond, a leading manufacturer of climbing and ski equipment, and Aaron was kind enough to take us on a great tour of the facility. Thanks to Aaron and Kat for the wonderful hospitality.
The Wasatch Crest Trail
This is some of the best singletrack in the country. Period. If you are ever in this area, ride the Crest!

City of Rocks, ID
The City is a great climbing destination a few hours North of SLC. Plenty of free BLM camping, a nice, no-frills hot springs, and lots of nice granite. We spent a great weekend there and got Lindsey on her first routes.
